I design and build the infrastructure AI runs on, from bare metal to a model your teams can use: the GPUs, the network and storage, the Kubernetes platform, and the serving layer on top. Everything stays on your own hardware, so your data never leaves the building. I've done it end to end at GOSI, and I teach it too.

What I do

Build your on-premises AI platform

From choosing and racking the GPUs to a production inference platform on Kubernetes: high-speed GPU networking, storage for fast model loading, and models of up to hundreds of billions of parameters served in-house, with no cloud APIs.

Serve LLMs in production

Already have the hardware? I set up the layer that makes models usable: multi-GPU inference serving, an API gateway with per-team keys, rate limits and cost tracking, MLOps tooling, and observability from GPU load to token throughput.

Virtualisation, storage and recovery

Moving off VMware, or tightening what you run: migrations to Proxmox, enterprise storage on NetApp, HPE and Pure Storage, SAN design, and disaster recovery that loses no data.

Training for your team

Hands-on sessions on AI infrastructure, Kubernetes and running LLMs, like the AI Infrastructure track I taught for Misk, rated 4.6 out of 5.

  3. The build. In stages, with regular check-ins and a working environment you can try as it grows.
  4. Handover. You get the running platform, its documentation and runbooks, and training your team can run with.
